The first real step in your aura health journey starts with an advanced at-home checkup. Here’s what to expect.

Before your checkup

You’ll need to fast for at least 12 hours and avoid intense exercise within 24 hours of your checkup.

On the day of your appointment, be sure to wear comfortable clothing for your fitness test and prepare a space for you to lie down for your EKG and blood pressure test.

During your checkup

Our Registered Nurse will take your vitals, collect samples for lab testing, and perform a series of physical tests.

At the end of your checkup, you’ll be prompted to schedule your virtual GP consultation to go over your test results once they’re ready (~14 days).

After your checkup

Your board-certified GP will coordinate with your team of certified specialists to process them to generate a detailed report for you to go over.

Urine sampling

We test your urine for 30+ biomarkers.

Blood draw

We test for 50+ biomarkers: CBC, lipid panel, diabetes, inflammation, thyroid health, liver health, kidney health, sex hormones, allergies, a bunch of vitamins & minerals.

EKG

Performed to assess heart health - specifically electrical conductivity and rhythm.

Vitals & Blood pressure

Measures the force in your arteries as your heart pumps blood. Optimal blood pressure can reduce risk of cardiovascular disease.

Body composition

We measure weight, fat %, visceral fat %, skeletal muscle % and more.

Skin screening

We check any moles, lesions, and discolorations to screen for early signs of cancer

Hearing assessment

Grip strength assessment

Correlated with overall muscular strength and fitness levels. We check hand & forearm strength, muscular imbalances, and more.

Vision screening

Our screening includes exams typically performed during eye check-ups. These include Visual acuity, Pupillary reflexes, Fundus photography, Extraocular movement and Eye pressure.
